## What SteelWyre is
SteelWyre is a strategy-first AI marketing system, launch-focused and opinionated, built around one thesis: most founders are not choosing between a better marketing tool and a worse one, they are choosing between doing something useful and doing nothing. It is not a generic AI assistant, not a subscription SaaS, and not an agency. It is:
- a marketing strategy builder (six guided steps, grounded in preset registries)
- a 23-section strategy blueprint, previewed free before you pay
- a private execution repo with 9 AI agents and 72 workers, pre-loaded with your strategy
- a portable intelligence artifact (strategy.json) compatible with Claude Code and other agent runtimes
- a resync loop that compounds the strategy on real execution data
- an asset you own, not a subscription you rent

## How it works
1. Enter your URL (SaaS) or store URL (ecommerce). SteelWyre reads your business and pre-fills the builder.
2. Walk six guided steps: focus and goals, products, personas, markets, positioning and brand, channels and budget. Each step arrives pre-filled; you confirm and adjust.
3. Synthesize the blueprint and preview it for free, including a partial, blurred view of the gated sections.
4. Unlock everything for a one-time $149: the full 23-section blueprint plus a private GitHub repo of 9 agents and 72 workers.
5. Clone the repo, add one Anthropic API key, and run it locally through Claude Code. Agents draft content, emails, and ads into a drafts folder for your approval. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
6. Every 2 to 4 weeks, real execution data flows back and the strategy resyncs itself. Resync cycles are free forever.

- Graceful degradation: agents produce full draft outputs even with zero integrations configured.
