The content on our website, in our app, and in any emails, reports, dashboards, or documents generated by SteelWyre (collectively, the Materials) is provided for general informational purposes. The Materials do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals for your particular situation.
SteelWyre uses AI models to propose strategies, copy, creative drafts, budgets, and performance insights. AI can produce errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always review and verify all outputs before use. You are responsible for the accuracy, suitability, and lawfulness of any content you publish or decisions you make using the Materials.
Marketing performance depends on many external factors (market conditions, audience fit, creative quality, competition, budgets, platform policies, tracking, etc.). We do not warrant or guarantee any specific results (e.g., CPA, ROAS, conversions, revenue) or timelines. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You agree to:
Review and approve all drafts and changes before they go live (unless you explicitly enable automated actions).
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, platform policies, industry codes, and geographic/regulatory restrictions (including privacy, consumer protection, advertising standards, endorsements/disclosures, and intellectual property laws).
Hold necessary rights to any content, data, trademarks, or creative assets you provide and publish.
Maintain accurate tracking and access settings in your ad, analytics, and commerce platforms.
SteelWyre connects to third‑party services (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress). Those services are not under our control and may change, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time. API limits, outages, policy changes, or account actions (including suspensions) may affect features or results. You remain responsible for your use of third‑party services and your compliance with their terms and policies.
During early access, features may be labelled as beta, preview, or similar. Such features may be incomplete, experience interruptions, or change without notice. We may collect feedback and telemetry to improve the product. Beta features are provided “as is” and may not meet the reliability or accuracy standards of generally available features.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information (see our Privacy Policy), but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. The Services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, or factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and accuracy. SteelWyre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or Materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if in free/early access, to USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SteelWyre and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Services or Materials; (b) content or data you supply or publish; (c) your violation of applicable laws or third‑party rights; or (d) your breach of these terms.
Except for your content and third‑party materials, the Services and Materials are owned by or licensed to SteelWyre and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You grant us a limited license to process your content and data solely to provide and improve the Services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer or your use of the Services.
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, when appropriate, notify you via email or in‑app.
